Happy with the product, as were shown as in website however the product service could be more efficient. Rather than coming to the pinned location from the address, the delivery guy call my elder parent to their preferred location. My parents had to face this hassle which is very inconvenient.

I had received gifts from Giftmandu multiple times but this time they packed expired chocolates ( M&Ms and Twix both being my favorite). It waa very disrespectful to receive such stuff because sender trust to make someone day blissful. Kindly consider checking products expiry date before packaging and dispatching.

I ordered my friend chocolates and chips through this site on 23rd May,2020 for his birthday on 25th May. I loved ohow responsive they were to my e-mail and they even called me to clear my doubts and ask about the delivery dates(the caller was very well-spoken and informative as well). This website is hoax i ordered gift to deliver in Kathmandu and paid for same day delivery but they didnt deliver iam trying to contact with them in Viber but they dont reply after they got my credit card number when Ill be back to nepal i will take legal action.
