I dont want to sound bias but they are really unprofessional people with staff shortages. There after sales service department is non existant. Please go to some place and leave them.

We have taken there services at Game District. Software Quality is good but they are very poor in Dashboard.

Good Company Providing HMIS softwares with reasonable price.

I am writing this review because I had purchased a POS software from Mr Muzammil who is responsible for sales and marketing. When I purchased, he told me that there would not be any hidden charges or monthly charges and I would have proper support for the software and if I had any issue like corrupt windows etc., I would have to may per visit fee.After I used the software for two months, I wasnt able to post any transaction. When I called Mr Muzammil, he said I have to pay monthly charges to keep my software running and when I confronted him and reminded him about his earlier commitments, he said he only follows purchase contract, not his words.Antagonised by his remarks, I followed up every day and tried hard to compel them to resolve my problem, but he abandoned to answer my calls. After making 10 plus calls every day, I stopped calling him and took it as a harsh experience of life. Now my all hard work of counting stock and inputting entries is also wasted. I think it was my mistake to trust a persons words and I learned a valuable life lesson.I always try my best to give the highest rating possible to a business because I know the hassle involved in running a business. However, I dont want other people to have the same tormenting experience that I had.

Pathetic company overall. The most unprofessional and unreliable personnel youll encounter in the ERP business. Im a client so i would know. The software in itself is extremely buggy and waste of time and resource. Stay away if you can.

Implemented its software in an engineering auto parts firm and we are constantly having bugs from last four years. They update on thing and disturb the whole other process. Even the trial balance is out from last two years. Pathetic after sales services.
