Uber is providing worst service in Pakistan. They are over charging and keep the matter in pending. I booked a ride with fare 498 but when it ended tje fare was 2046 ruppees. I filed a complaint on cutomer care they kept me syaing our team is looking into matter but after 4 days they said amount can not be returned. Though it was captain who took the wrong rout. He was different man from the pic and was ill mannered. But they didnt pay heads to any of complaint. It is dangerous to use Uber. Avoid using it. They are interested in money moking.

They dont have any helpline number... no one can get instant help or any aid regarding thier service instantly... too much bad service
