There hiring criteria is so childish. They dont assign task. They conduct test on paper like a university paper.
This company has AMAZING perks and really goes out of their way to provide flexibility and maintain work/life balance. There are a tremendous amount of events that really add to the experience and sense of belonging.Sometimes not everything is perfect and improvement is needed. The company culture at all levels promotes and welcomes feedback to improve.
