Otherwise If I compare PureLogics with other Pakistani Software Development Companies then I would say It stands out.You will get Many Perks & benefits and a chance to work in different technologies on multiple projectsHR Policy needs Improvement as candidates should be informed about their status either they are selected, rejected or In Process.Appraisal process need to be more transparent and especially training workshops should be conducted for Project Managers in order to get in touch with the emerging Software Project Management Technologies.

Good company but I really disappointed when they call me for MEAN stack position and conduct whole interview about SQL instead of Mongo DB and Node.js

Though its a well reputed company in Lahore but its HR team is the worst I have ever seen. For hirings, they just use people to solve their so called long assignments which are actually a part of their clients projects work. They take you to the final phase of interview by giving an impression that YOU ARE WELL QUALIFIED, PASSED ALL THE TECHNiCAL TESTS and ALMOST HIRED. And for that, they ask you to solve a final assignment which takes a reasonable amount of effort and time.BEWARE OF SUCH FAKE RECRUITERS in LAHORE!

This review is with reference to miss shahida zahid review. In the answer from owner it is told that they dont reply to rejected candidates. Even after all their time and effort the company dont even have enough professional courtesy to reply the candidate that u guys have filled the position with other suitable candidate. In my opinion this response raises a question mark on professionalism and professional practices.

Purelogics has been around 2006 and is a software outsourcing company. Although the have an impressively large staff yet they need to work on the outlook and branding. The location is not favorable in terms of the market standard and having multiple offices on the same floor plays a negative effect in terms of employee bonding and environment cohesiveness

Totally agreed with Kami Martin. Same happened with me. I applied over there for a position of a SQA. They took my 3 interviews 1 with a CEO. I spent 5 hours over there. They took my assignment test. Everything was ok, CEO assigned me an assignment. I complete it on a weekend and submit it to HR. After 2 days I emailed to HR regarding the status of my assignment. Till now I didnt get any response from this company. They totally waste my time. I really had a wish to work with a PureLogics but they totally disappoint me.
