I am working here in Nakisa . Good learning environment with good staff and management

Very poor and bad management.be ready to get a blame even it was not your fault.they never gonna give you enough space and time to learn even if you are new joiner team lead and manager never listens to you unsupportive suffocative environment. HR is very harsh and rude for minor mistakes policing all the time.

Management is shambles, instead of focusing on creating a productive environment everyone seems to be busy playing dirty work place politics, leg pulling and what not, complete waste of time

Good place to start your career. Good ppl. Friendly environment. Gives you enough time to learn.
