They are theifs they will sell you there software and after that they will ask you for money.I had got paid for maintenance it took 1 week for stock entry after that when i started billing printers was not working when i complained they asked for money again .

Otherwise you have to take your whole computer in to their office and they still want to charge Rs. 1300/visit.Would not recommend it at all there are much better paid and free alternatives out there.Their average reviews are probably 1.5 stars if you take out all the fake local guide reviews they have gotten. I mean what does a local guide have to do with a software company
