I went there for a job interview and i scored well in the initial screening test and still got rejected, a friend of mine was also shortlisted and he made it to the final interview and then was rejected.The place feels like a jail, they have narrow hall ways and the rooms are small like a jail cell. I am glad i ended up being hired by a better organization than this place.

In software developer interview test, i dont know why they give a question to write an essay on a specific topic to the candidates. They took 2 initial tests on computer and they totally try to judge the English vocabulary of the candidates. Is there any need to know strange english words for a developer?? 😳Is there some need to be a technical writer if you are a software developer?? 😳 😳There hiring criteria was really strange. I was just kicked out due to my poor writing skills, but i2C forget that Im a developer not a Technical Writer. If you cant write a hifi english, then it doesnt mean that you are not a good developer and you havent capabilities to survive against a foreign client. No doubt you having good reputation in Software industry, but this thing is not so good.
