I installed marflex flooring couple of week ago, i ordered the flooring from one of Beadon roads interior decorator, after installation of the flooring i came to know that it was somewhat faulty and i reached marflex company direclty with the complain. After 2 hours i got a call from the marflex personnel and next day they visited and sent the flooring for claim and in couple of days all of my faulty flooring was completely replaced with new flooring with out any cost. I am really impressed with the marflex commitment and after sale service. What a brilliant response. Later i have decided not to go for market for saving of few bucks company buying will always be our preference and also rexommended for future buyers to reach company instead of local dealers.
