Place is good but dealers are fraud

They are big fraud and cheating to people. I have 10 Marla plot there 200000/Marla total was 2000000(20 lac)which was five year plan . I paid 3-1/2 year installments now they telling me about developing charges 1500000(15lac) extra charges. Before was instalment 26000 now 43000 and from 5 year they increase 6 1/2. They increase plan and price of plot and plot still didn’t exist shame on them. No any society have huge charges like them so think before investment they breaking trust of customers any charges if they want should be mentioned on start. Staff is very rude behaviour. If I want to give back this plot they don’t want to take it on market price on , actual price which paid they want to them they want to deduct money 17% . On my money so be careful on this fraud people. May Allah give them hadayt Ameen
