Delicious restaurant and a good place to eat with family. You will love Desi food. You may have to park your car little away and walk due to crowded streets.

Visited 1st time and was surprised when Mr.Waris took order from us and then served us. Hes a nice and jolly person. Nihari was awesome and delicious. 1 plate of special Nihari cost us Rs.1400 and was enough for 3 of us. Youd have to check you cholesterol level though.I would give 5 stars for taste and service.

Located behind GC University, amidst the streets of Urdu Bazaar. Waris Nihari has that old but gold vibe.Youll always find it crowded. The ambiance is good but not too great for families. There isnt a proper wash basin where you can was your hands before/after a meal. So thats that.The taste is great btw, everything from nihari to hot and soft fresh naans is amazing. You must try their sheermaal (meetha naan) its a local delicacy and people enjoy it with their nihari.

Nihari was no doubt great, Superb, Amazing..but but but the place was smelly and stinky. There was no fan so we had to sit without any fan or AC in the scrotching heat at around 3 pm .so ten out of ten for food and zero out of ten for hygeine and customer service

5/5 Always visit on a Sunday if coming on a car because its easier to drive through the narrow Bazar when shops are closed. Taste was absolutely fantastic. Best nehari and maghaz with fresh naan. Love it 💞. Recommended.

Me and my cousin from Islamabad visited here to taste Nihari. Its a must recommended place to try best Nihari in Lahore.

It was a good experience, sitting area wasnt so good but food was great. We ordered special Nihari and it contained meat, brain and bone marrow. Taste was good. Prices was Rs. 1300 for one plate which is quite high compared to other cities but it is okay if we compare it to Lahore only.

Once again, thoroughly enjoyed Nehari with maghaz at lovely sunday morning. Special part is that they have built a family seating area which is very nice and comfortable. Kids always loved eating Waris Nehari as spices are mild and one can put some green chillies to give extra punch, which i always did. 👍

Delicious Nihari when it is served with Live Khameeri Roti it doubled the Pleasure with maza. 😂 The services and sitting area is very well developed as before.I liked the taste very much but my brother felt that due to sunday its not that much delicious as it is in weak days.I only found that the prices was a bit high... Its the one of most famous dishes in lahore and at most famous bazar that has a historical background Anarkali.

No doubt nihari has a wonderful taste and the bread as well. but the cost is much increased now, thats not fair.

Too much experience and pathetic Taste.Their service is too slow, we had to wait 1 hour for already cooked Nihari.Also, faced smell in their Beef pieces.Visited this place with 12 other persons and no one was satisfied with their food.We had to left their food because of their taste and smell, and paid around 8,000PKR for nothing.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am a food lover and it has been my passion for past few years to explore places for local foods. After trying Javed and Zahid Nihari in Khi, I thought, I wont be able to find such standard anywhere else, but it turns out, I was wrong since I hadnt tried Waris Nihari. It is at par with its Karachiite counterparts in all aspects. The meat is cooked to perfection with perfect blend of spices. Your taste buds wont be able to forget it for a long time. Strongly Recommended. I have just one observation, which is that they need to improve their seating arrangements.

Finally had the privilege to visit this famous place. I have some issues as well. The prices are too much for a plate of nihari. I mean why would you want to pay Rs. 1470 for a plate of nihari which has nalli, maghaz and a thing or more included? Well we ordered 650 wali nihari jis par desi ghee ka tarka nahi laga hua tha aur sirf meat included tha. It was good enough, nothing out of this world but lassi ne chass karai, Rs. 80 mai is se achi lassi shayad hi apko kahin aur milay. Would recommend going there if you have tonnes of money and an empty stomach. Sitting ka masla hai agar rush ho to.

Best ever nehari to eat

Waris Nihari is located in Anarkali bazaar Lahore. In my opinion they have a good variety of Niharies. I ordered special half portion good for one person. Taste was very good they served very hot food. Naan was well baked in Tandoor golden and crispy one. I think economically it is expensive as compared to portions of the food.

It was outclass and tasty nehari ever location is very mid of Lahore down town near anarkali and urdu bazar you can enjoy nalli nehari and beaf nehari with brain and as well in sweet dish you can taste sweet rice ZARDA and sheer maar sweet bread cant say economical but taste full

One of the known best place for Nihari in Lahore. Located in Urdu Bazar/ AnarkaliTehy have improved their sittirng place a bit over the time. Went there after 2 years. Things were good. Service was excellent. Food taste was not changed. It was good but I think they should improve it more. Avaialbility of variety 2as short this time. Quantity was lower than expected. But still worth it. Not a bad experience over all.

One of the best, most delicious and very very tasty Nihari in Lahore. I went to eat it on Sehri and oh my God, it was really difficult to get Nihari at that time. Finally, when our Nihari was served, it was hot and boiling Desi Ghee was poured over it and it was served with bone marrow. The taste of Nihari with Bone Marrow is just amazing. The combination of desi ghee and bone marrow is too good and the meat, it was soft and tender and very delicious. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.

The location is very congested so the best time to go is in the morning.The beef is good in the nihari and is fresh.The Nan are 7 out of 10The ghee tarka is average

Waris Nihari is probably the best Nihari in the town.located in Anarakali Lahore the place offers traditional beef Nihari and brain karri awesome Naans at an affordable price. They have a modest dinning place and some road side sitting arrangements as well. Staff is very agile and friendly. Must try place for your visit to Lahore.

Worst Nihari and pathetic service.Totally waste of money.Found hair in maghaz and they said “sir ye to siri me hota ha” and then the just served the nihari and khameeri roti but the plates were missing and when plates came the Nihari and roti become cold and the worst part was its meat which was smelly and one of our friend felt nausea after tasting it.VOM : 0/10

Very aromatic,tendered with thick consistency in extremely reasonable price. It must be declared Lahores signature Nihari as Muhammadi nd Haji stand nowhere in front of Wairs. New dining halls with hygiene nd airconditioning are now open. Since it is downtown pre-partition Lahore so yes traffic snags nd narrow lanes are to be encountered.

Taste is sooo good!!! Approach is a bit difficult because of the demography and downtown area. Small streets and area is fully crowded. The area also known as ancient city of Lahore. When I went there, dining was closed due to Covid-19 pandemic. We were served in the car. Before going there, make sure to go in your spare time because you have to wait for your turn in the long queues, specially on weekends. Overall good experience and highly recommended to all taste lovers.
