Decent Desi restaurant with some recent Pan Asian dishes and a pizza on the menu. Beef kababs are excellent to have and so is the Malai Boti but their brick oven pizza is one of the best in town for me.Good Keema Naan as well and their Tamatar Paneer is a must try. Chicken Karahi hasIt’s days… some days excellent and some days it’s just salan not karahi.

We ordered BBQ which was good. But was very over priced at the rate PC or Avari. Entrance pathway has widely placed concrete slabs which are difficult to step on. Seating was all outdoor with coolers around but due to extreme humidity they werent effective at all. Service was also very slow. Overall I would give 2/5 ⭐⭐

Patli gali is a beautiful place located in the vacinity of Phase 8, DHA. It has no other restaurant or market nearby which makes it quiet a peaceful place to dineout with friends and family.We ordered:🔸️Dum Keema (9/10)It was cooked to perfection and the raw vegetable made it more flavorsome.🔹️Chicken Malaye Boti (8/10)It was well cooked and comes with 2 type of sauces which adds to the flavor.🔸️ Palak Paneer (7/10)🔹️ Puri Paratha and Garlic Nan (9/10);They were served fresh and i really like them.I must say this place has improved alot since my last visit couple of years back and this time i totally loved the food.👌In addtion to food, the service of was really good and the choice of music was best! 👍The only challenge was they dont accept payment by card which they really need to look into. ☹Highly recommended 👍

For a restaurant that specialises in bbq, their bbq was extremely poor. Never have I ever had such dry beef kebab.The ambiance is good but the food was pathetic.

Patli Galli Restaurant located at Ex Park View Entrance, Phase 8, DHA offers much tastier food than most other restaurants and at very economical rates. With the Classic atmosphere under the stars and great food at even better prices, this place is the best to enjoy during winters!

Lamb chops and simple Kardhai

I went there for the first time on an invitation by my friend. I had been sent the restaurant phone number and the location pin. Patli Gali is on the main road of course but the map takes you around on a trip of a wild goose chase, it says youve arrived but of course theres no restaurant there. There is a black tent at the spot where the restaurant should have been. Anyway, after another long drive along the service lane, I came back to the entrance gates of phase 8 DHA and had the delayed common sense to ask the guard for a restaurant named Patli Gali. And indeed it was right behind that black tent at the entrance of the service road. I had missed the dimly lit sign board the first time I drove by the restaurant because I was watching and following the Google map.Enough of the dodging of the Google maps and their ways.I parked my car in the dirt on the service lane, in the dark and entered the restaurant, which seemed to have a softly lit outdoor-sy under the canopy barbecue-y ambience.Here I must make an honourable mention of the concrete slabs laid on the grass in a manner that you had to plan each of your step in a very conscious, concise and calculated manner. The space between each slab is definitely not suitable for the stride of any person shorter than 6ft 3inches.Luckily my friend had already ordered dinner before the rest of the company arrived the same route as I, obviously flabbergasted and by then hungry.We were served beef seekh kebabs, fine-ish, chicken boti, good, but just warm enough not to have to send it back for re heating. I dont know about you but I like my seekh kabab, boti and food in general, hot. The dumm qeema was okay but not really like dumm qeema, but like qeema that we make at home, you know, each little bit seen as separate and not soft and combined like dumm qeema should be. Next off there was chicken karahi, also fine, again not very hot. The bread basket including naan, roti and fried paratha was quite good indeed.We ordered gulab jaman and kheer for dessert. Gulab jaman was rather hard and dense in the middle, kheer was good, refreshing and not overly sweet.The servers were efficient, polite and cordial, cleanliness well in order and a generally pleasant ambience with low but good lighting.Wish you well Patli Gali.I wonder why you named the restaurant Patli Gali ????

They are charging 16% GST on cash and dont have the facility of card machine for which the customer will be charged 5%. In my opinion this is the greatest blooper a restaurant can do.You dont have any proof if the restaurant is paying GST to the government.A big NO NO

The taste of the food is epic. The only downside is that food is served after an hour and the service isnt good. But I guess the taste makes all the wait worth it... They dont accept payment through cards either , they take only cash which is another downside

Lets go systematically- Directions are hard to follow , as two streets leading to the restaurant have been closed off ,so thats waste of 5min. How about an arrow marking the entrance as the slip road leading to the parking is unmarked, seems as if its some illegal operation (not that it is)- Good ambience and initial impression is really positive- they do not have baby chairs for the little ones ,thats a bummer and something really odd. Shows not everything has been put an effort- the waiting time was decent ,while they did require a reminder to get the deverages- The staff was mannered , thrice waiter came to ask if something else is required , where I had to joke would there be another ☺️- Food was really tasty , mutton cops included . The traditional style of serving was a cherry on top- Overall a decent place worth visiting even in the cold sitting outside under the canopy was pleasantKudos

I was probably one of the first few people who ever visited Patli Gali. Loved the ambiance and the open dining space concept, especially during winters. Ive celebrated numerous anniversaries and birthdays here. Kinda price, but definitely worth it. Food experience varies over the weekends as it tends to get slightly crowded. However I would still prefer it as an amazing place for desi food/ BBQ.What is an inconvenience is that despite being operational for years, they still only accept payments via cash. If you find yourself short on hard cash, the nearest atm is at considerable distance, located within DHA.

If youre looking for a value for money spot, this is NOT your place. Ridiculously tiny quantity for a heavy price. Butter Handi worth Rs.1050 had max 100 gram chicken, Kabab Handi worth Rs.1000 had 4-5 baby kababs. All this wouldnt have hurt if it were tasty, everything was super tasteless. They dont accept Card Payment, so you gotta pay cash with 16% GSt which probably is going in their own pockets. In the end, NOT RECOMMENDED !!

I had dinner on 17th October 20. One of the worst food experience of my life. Service standards couldnt have been worst. Waited and waited for more than an hour before the food was served in bits and pieces. And offcourse the staff missed out on the ordered details. Wont recommend at all.

Reasonably good quality food but bit expensive though. We have order nan as qeema nan as starters which seems paste like filling of chicken inside nan which was not that good. Makhani chicken was bit spicy with loads of gravy. Bbq chops and kebabs was good.

This was used to be our family hangout place since close proximity to DHA accommodations.With time the quality has gone down and now its a WORST place to visit for a few reasons:- Pathetic management staff/service that has no basic etiquette for customer service.- The food was not fresh at all! Taken out from the fridge, God knows how old and unhealthy! Once complained to the management, no action was taken and complete ignorance.Overall its an expensive spoiled place that has no intentions to expand or serve the customers with a good will.Guys! better try out other places where there are willing to serve ppl with healthy food along with extremely competent customer service.

Open and outdoor space sorrounded by greenry, its a good place to sit down and chit chat with your friends and family as its noisy. Overall the place is calm and mellow, i would go there again for tea and chit chat with friends or family but not a good place for food. Food is very average and a bit pricy, service is good and friendly but they are slow.

You have to go here. Best Pakistani food in town - chicken kebabs, daal, chicken karahi, Gulab Jaman, in a beautiful rustic outdoor setting. The only criticism I have is that please add some tables for 2 so parties of 2 are not taking booths that can accommodate 12 people. It will be more lucrative for business as well. Service is good but food takes sometime to prepare so keep that in mind but it’s worth the wait.

Make reservations before going. Wait time can be long with NO waiting area.Otherwise good ambiance and service. Food is good too, however, tell them to cook it well as we had chops that were still a little raw. Recook spoils the flavour. The naans were excellent.The prices are excellent. Frankly, expected a higher bill. Four star alright, if they provide a waiting area, will give it a 5 star rating.

Open roof restaurant in DHA phase 8.Staff is cooperative. You have to get reservation in advance because number of tables there are less then 10,(when I visited).Mostly people come in evening/night time as this is open roof.Ambience is good with lot of mosquitoes.Food quality is good but rates are quite high.

Quality and taste excelled with a reasonable price tag. It is not excessively expensive yet provide very nice food in an outdoor environment which makes it good weather only restaurant. From order to serving takes longer, about 40 minutes.

Regret everytime I go there. Very slow serving times. Ambiance is good but when you have to wait for your food for an hour then the place feels like trash. Never going again.
