Dogar seems to have gotten too big for its shoes - Like other users - i have experienced the same - there is NO consistency in their food - BUT they seem to lack complete basic instructions - my family does not like spicy food - and my son doesnt like any sauce of any kind - the person who took our order yesterday - i explained to him like you explain a 2 year old - i said i need ZERO sauce - and must be NO CHILLI. he assured me that it will not be the case - 30 minutes later they delivered and it came spicy like hell and still with sauce!!! Call them back and as usual he was not admitting his mistake he said - You should have sent it back and we could send you a new one. This is a typical response from food places. When they make a mistake - their resolution is - We will make it again -OR YAR - ULLU INSAAN - If i am hungry NOW - i wait half an hour or 45 minutes for food to come - Then you Expect me to wait 45 minutes MORE for you to rectify your own mistake that you should have done properly first time!!! What shall i do if you cant make an order properly? - CLOSE YOUR SHOP and first learn business and management skills before you open a shop serving half of DHA with you stupidity !KHOTA DAMAAG - CHAWWAL INSAAN - ULLU DA CHARKHA !

Used to be perfect but now its a total mess. I am huge fan of naan chanay and i came here to eat that and it used to be great but now it sucks. No taste at all and the price makes it more bad. Couldve gotten same food for half the price with better taste from goga

Went here for breakfast today. Ordered halwa puri and nihari plates. Not sure why people talk down on this place (dogar), I thought the food was okay. Not great but okay. For the price it is pretty good value.The puris in the halwa puri plate were larger than the ones in Capri restaurant (see my review of them) but also more oily. Capri restaurants puri were more healthier (less oil) and fluffier. Halwa was better imo & more quantity wise. Didnt get to try the chanas (we shared our brunch with 5 people).Nihari was okay as well. It was initially cold but nothing a little microwave action cant fix. Obviously taste was acceptable as long as you keep the price in mind.I really liked their seating area upstairs. Service was prompt and stellar especially when asking to accommodate with requests like extra napkins, microwaving food etc.Overall good experience.

Challenges with delivery and reliability, delivered hard cold naan for a dinner we were hosting, which went completely to waste. The worst thing is when we told them of the experience they were not at all apologetic or owning their mistake.

Yes their desi breakfast is absolutely delicious and yes if you have a sensitive palate like mine then you most certainly are going to end up with an upset stomach. I only wished that the tandoor styled restaurant doled a little money on establishing and implementing hygiene and health care standards.

The Desi food is really good if youre on a budget. Id even rank it above some high-end eateries as far as Desi food goes.The ambience could be much better. The premises could be more spacious.Its quite alright if youre going with buddies and the like but its not very nice if youre going with family.If just food is your concern, youll have a quite a good time.

Great taste and choice of Lahori Breakfast. Only problem is the temperature of dining room. I am a regular visitor but I never found all their ACs working. My sweating forehead ruins taste of the food. If they fix ok only this part, they are matchless in the area.
