I had to receive my order today but unfortunately I wasnt home when my parcel came. Trax delivery boy called to confirm if I can receive the package? To which i told him that it will not be possible as I am away. I was dismayed as I needed it on urgent basis. The guy made sure to drop the parcel on his way back, after ending his duty. Thats some great customer service!!

Yet at first there were some ups and downs but I am so happy and satisfied with their services since Mr. Nayyer Zia has become our POC. Almost 5 to 6 parcels were sent back without my consent amd informing me. i get to know from tracking that my parcel is returned to the brand. they dont even contact nor deliver it on the given address. Poor service, pathetic staff.

Worst service. They have limited delivery areas in Lahore. Even if its in service area then theyll update online tracking portal around evening mentioning Shipment-Out for delivery on every after 2 to 3 days... But no it wont be delivered. Youll get tired of calling their call center.
