Your staff is very irresponsible and your service going to be very bad... I go to your hub for receiving my pracel but your staff behave like a child abi recevie ni hua abi airport pr hai oo axha a gaya hai mil ni rha 1 and half hour wait k bad kaha gaya kal mil jaye ga waste my time totally.

Comparatively low cost service than TCS and staff is very much co-operative. I would suggest it the best service in comparison with local courier services just only for big cities like Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, and Islamabad. But when you go for some village or town in some northern area they ask for self-service which means you need to pick your parcel from nearby service center of M&P. They cant facilitate you with doorstep delivery for only such areas. Otherwise this company offers the delivery to your doorstep.

I ordered a shipment on 8 may but this courier can not send it to now it is the 8th day of my courier which is not delivered to me very poor. When i came to the m&p office they cant find my parcel cant suggest any one

M&P is good courier company with reasonable rates. Old Name of OCS acquired by M&P. I visited there local office for courier that was running buy a third party, just a normal shop office who give me their own receipt instead of M&P but upon asking they give me hand written M&P receipt . I remain in doubt but thankfully courier delivered. Online tracking available but no sms confirmation like TCS provide. May be anyother but i have no information.
