Karamel - Hands down one of the best desert shop in Lahore.Tried their cookies, cookie cake both of them are just amazing! Recently tried 4 in 1 cookie cake & believe me it was an experience. (dont try it if you dont like dark chocolate, as one quarter was made of dark chocolate).Red Velvet & plain cookie were my favorite portions.The only downside is the price! They are on the higher side.. so if you order this cake it will cost you somewhere around 2500+ after taxes & delivery which is alot.

These highly addictive scrumptious cookies at karamel desserts did not come slow! Shouldve taken the warning seriously.🤤The crusty outer and soft, chewy inside was a treat to my tastebuds.The new NYC collection has 8 unique flavours and my personal favourites were the lotus filled, red velvet and birthday cake.

So I was about to leave my office premises for home when suddenly I got a reminder from my younger sister to bring delicious cookies for her.I opened up google maps and searched for best cookies in Lahore, then came this place Karamél in the search results. I saw its reviews and turned my car towards the location.First thing first, the location is conspicuous so you dont need to worry while locating this place.Secondly, overall ambiance is pretty simple but eye catchy.Thirdly, their cookies are freshly baked and delicious. I bought thier nutella filled and red-velvet cookies and both were just awesome.Moreover, this place offers waffles cone, cakes to cherish your sweet tooth.Highly recommended !!

One the finest ice-creams in reasonable rates

They cookies were very good and tasty.Nothing on that.The only thing which I found strange and negative that on the bill they added the sale tax. Why dont you write the total cost of the items?.So actually you cant buy two cookies for 295 for 600 rupees.Thats not a right approach for such a good place.

I am sure this place is as good as everyone has reviewed. However, first they must carry the items on the menu. Upon visit, they were completely out of ice cream. And secondly they have no menus to bring to curbside especially given the covid-19 restrictions.

Visited twice in Lahore. In both visits, the staff was rude. Seems like they are not interested in selling your delicious cookies. The cookie was served cold, i guess it was supposed to be warm. Quality seemed not very good.1st time the taste was fine, so i ignored the behaviour, but this time they made sure its my last visit.

Used to be really good but they are doing a bad job now. Cookies are small and tasteless. Use to be good but dont recommend to anyone now.

Have had two very bad back to back issues with Karamel. From Lahore.The first time the rider brought me the wrong order and tried charging me the whole amount. Their manager tried to save them by saying it must have been a mixup. But that is a lie because he had my bill, the right one.This second time, I placed another order. I was told I would receive the order in 30 minutes. It has been above an hour and a half, and I am receiving conflicting accounts from 3 people. They are clearly lying to me repeatedly. The first person calls me and asks for my location pin. Then does not proceed to bring the order. The second one tries covering for him and wastes an hour. Even an hour later, when I finally get to talk to him, he is apparently unaware where I am calling from despite having sent him the location pin.Not sure if this is premeditated or gross incompetence. In any case, atleast for Lahore, I would not recommend this service at all. Terrible terrible experience.

Beautiful atmosphere and well trained staff. But they dont have ANY CARAMEL?! WTH! This makes no sense. No caramel cookie, no caramel sundae, not even a caramel latte. And they just microwave your cookie. Why not use a toaster oven? Thanks for the radiation Karamel.
