Good Place. Good Coffee.

The ambiance was the only good thing about this. Rest food and drinks was just below the average taste. Even I dont know the right example which can relate the bad experience about food.

Pathetic service. They give importance to VIP people. They asked to remove my car from parking space because some VIP in land cruiser want to park there. Never going to go to any of there branches ever.

A filthy dating spot with seepage smell all over especially on upper floor.Not for families at all. We went day before yesterday and a drugy kinda person was there to take our order. Nothing on menu available except some sandwiches. We were 12 and he didn’t had paper and pen to note order, he was trying to memorize the order. We gave up and left the place.Not recommended for families with kids.

Ive been here twice and both times left with an extremely disappointed look on my face and a horrible cup of coffee in my hand. The staff dont know how to follow the simplest orders. Will never be coming back here again.

Second cup Valencia is a spacious and well decorated place whereas ambiance is concerned. However, its not a quiet one. The staff is unprofessional and needs grooming. The place is noisy, and the service quality is low.

O my god, I love this place and have some coffee with some cigs, chill and talk to friends..

They have nice ambience to sit and relax, or maybe also work if you have assignments to do. They have nice cappuccino and I have tried their sandwiches and desserts which were also good.

Ordered Mix Tea with special instructions for making it Karrak to such an extent, k Farq perhna chahiye. And the tea was totally satisfying.

Poor customer service. Use formula coffee flavor rather than blend themselves 🤨 and have hard time understanding coffee flavors other than their menu 😬

Totally non professional staff is working here . I just took caremal coffe here and taste is very bad . Even i asked them for the Playing music twice or thrice but he didn’t respond and said subha subha ka time ha and its 11 50pm right now. very very bad experience! Never recommend any one and also there is no privacy to talk and chit chat there worker are sitting with us on sofa! Q/110
