Worst customer service and low internet speed. Internet stops working randomly.

Very expensive now. PSN doesnt work asking for static IP for RS 500 on top of package cost for PSN to work. While other isp support PSN as standard service.

Expensive internet packages, ptcl is much better, they also charge 12.5% sales tax and 19.5% excise, tax are you serious? I pay 2900 for 5mb(unlimited net and cable). One of my relative is paying 4700 for 25 mb unlimited net, hd tv and phone including. Pathetic service provider

Pathetic staff members they broke our celling light and then started being abusive to my father and threat us to not return the refund which we paid in advance for 3 months worse decesion of going with them dont go for it

Very poor customer support. It takes them days to take an action and even for that you have to remind them continuously. Internet speed is stable but there are continuous disconnections.

Pathetic help line, you call number of times and get stuck, with no call getting through. The help service is pathetic. Cable service gets disconnected frequently.

Date 25-12-20 from after they are giving excuses customer support is worst One Of The Worst Experience. FIBER OPTIX is far better then this. I made a big mistake for collection money 💰 they very very quick

I have been at very remote station of the country but never seen such a pathetic cable service. They even do not bother about complaints. Paying such a huge cost for installation and monthly charges is a true wastage of money.

I regret having Nova communication network connection. Pathetic service . Sick and tired of making constant complaints. Just wanna get rid of this.Most Pathetic cable network,useless digital box .Please never opt for this network. Their digital signals are hopeless.

Worst decision of my life

This is the worst ISP ever ... ghatia service .... no one has any idea what is wrong with the service ... very poor management. And the worst part is that askari 11 is not letting any other ISP enter sector C. I mean seriously this is piss poor.

I must say they have some real service issues, they take advance payment against internet and cable tv service but forgot to provide the services and dont even take the calls, if by any chance they take it then u will be provided with some next level excuse and assure to resolve your issue soon but again kept u awaiting. 2 star is given owing to their fibre optic internet that though was installed with some considerable delays but once its installed then its performance is quiet satisfactory.

I doubt they even look at the reviews. Pathetic services. Earlier their capble goes out of order 4 to 5 times in a month. Now it goes out of order 3 thrice a day. We all should do a social boycott by stopping their monthly payments.

One of the worst cable company in Pakistan... I just made three months payment and I dont have cable for the last few days.. I have complained numerous times but all they do is make excuses. Not recommended at all.
