Very very bad service 35000 for 20 mb internet and we recive only 6 mb which disconnect 10 times a day

Worst service ghatiya se bhi ghatiya service they are charging me 15000 a month for 10mb internet & believe me THERE PATHETIC INTERNET GOES DOWN DAILY & WHEN WE CALL THERE HELPLINE THEY ALWAYS GIVE US EXCUSES LIKE TEAM IS NOT AVAILABLE THEY ARE WORKING ON OTHER SITE & THEY DONT HAVE ANY ESTIMATE TIME TO GIVE PLEASE GUYS BELIEVE TO🙏 DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE YOU GONNA REGRET DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME ENERGY & BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THEM I LOST MY PROJECT & I DONT HAVE ANY SOURCE OF INCOME NOW BECAUSE OF (CONNECTEL)

I would give it 0 stars if I had the option. PAYING 5000 FOR 10mbs. Look at the 10mbs Im recieving.

When speed testing on ookla the speed is up to mark. But when going on other launchers to update my games the speed is very poor. Under a 100 kbs! I am very disappointed.

Better ISP in Lahore. My many friends are working here as a network engineer from many years. Company also resolves the issues as soon as possible basis. Highly recommend. On the other hand it is fact every ISP faces issue, but the thing is company should be respond and solve soonly.
