Ordered the cake for 3pm. Had no way to contact them at the time of pickup. Didn’t pick up calls or insta dm’s. Careem driver stood outside for 30 minutes which i ultimately had to cancel. Finally got on contact them at 7 pm when the birthday was already celebrated and guests were leaving. Really need to work on dealing with customers !!

I have been ordering for years from Cake Monster and the products are consistently out of this world. The French Vanilla and Caramel Crunch is a personal favorite flavor of mine. The designs are so wonderful and aesthetically pleasing as well!
