It is a budget society but due to its proximity to industrial area excessive loadshedding is a real issue.Also, there are no banks or ATMs inside which is a big issue for residents.

Land is on lease for a hundred years. Property value is good. 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7 and 10 Marla houses. Park is available for each block. There are three blocks i.e. A, b and c. Two mosques and one shopping mall with general stores, milk shop, vegetable shop, barbershop and fast food points.

Civilized Community

Not value for money any more for 2 reasons. No.1 it is now more expensive than Faisal town to buy or rent a place here. No.2 The entrance to this is society gets block from 10pm to at least 11:30pm because of the heavy traffic trying to enter Lahore from Multan road. In case of any emergency, you will not be able to leave the society even to get to a hospital during this time. Other than this, the society is very well maintained.

I lived there for the past 7 years everything is perfect the only drawback is that heavy traffic outside plus only one entrance or exit it must b 2 in or out gates. In winter when fog come the residents S like Society arrest. So if management arranged at least 2 gate it will b OK

A beautiful society but houses build quality is very poor.

A gated housing scheme with small to large size urban style house. The roads are wide and clean. There are parks and small gardens. The marketplace has shops for all the staple and everyday use articles. Its a safe and tranquil housing scheme for families to live at. The houses are well built and follow a pattern of design. It is situated on Multan Road near Thokar Niaz Beg, around 40 minutes drive from the city center.

Small and congested houses, also very high rents but overall good place to live in.

Beautiful, clean and secured.Best residential area near Thokar Niaz Baig.But I think that there is one problem of traveling to and from that society, because it is linked with Main Multan Road.Which is usually crowded with vehicles specially heavy traffic vehicles.
