I have been using this product for a month now and it’s safe to say it’s amazing.The bass of this earbuds is top notch. The battery life is 100%. It also works with any phone.I just wish it had a space for a holder

Worst customer service like ever.The first time I placed an order they called in and confirmed if I really requested of which I did confirm and they told me the expected delivery date. On the day of the delivery no show at all. I called over and over till I was tired.I tried again months after seeing their advert Placed an order waited for confirmation for like 7 days, had to call in myself only for them to say it has not been processed. Waited over and over oo till forever had to call in again to cancel. Went to their store at computer village only for the guys to be selling it not just higher than the website but even higher discount on the website.Terrible and so disappointing.

There is a store at this location but there was a oraimo retail seller around this same area, he sell quality at affordable price

These guys have an exceptionally terrible service. First off they haven’t called to confirm my order it’s way over 24hrs. They keep running social media ads they do not really care about converting customers all they do is run ads. Oh they also have a horrible customer service the agents do not have telephone manners they call and just shout down on you without formally introducing themselves nor wanting to know whom it is they are speaking to.

Do not waste your money on the oraimo freepods 2. They keep falling out of my ears and are too sensitive. Before you touch it to adjust it in your ears, it’s already calling some random person on your contact list or pausing your music. I regret buying it and I wish I had bought the normal 2baba freepods instead of this one. Not worth it at all

I ordered for a power bank, the 10000mAh Dec 22,2020 during the Dec promo.I waited a week, nothing, two weeks, nothing .They didnt bother to call me when my order was delayed. I called several times, nobody picked, sent messages on email ,, nobody responded. I sent on instagram,they kept on beating around the bush and didnt have the guts to explain what happened. Then I called back weeks later, 3rd week of Jan ,2021 and was told that they tried reaching me which wasnt true and that my number wasnt reachable and I said, for almost a month,my number wasnt reachable?? which I found very hard to believe. Then I said to the customer service rep, that they should have sent a mail or text. It was definitely not a good experience. Thank you
