The temple is located close to the fortress which was part of the erstwhile princely state of Tikari Raj.The temple is made of white marble and red sandstone. It also has a big pond in front of it which is used for religious festivals like chhat puja and idol immersion.Since the princely state no longer exists, the place is in ruins and not managed properly.
