It is a temple situated in Mondal para which is in the western part of the village Kusumba, under Rampurhat sub-division in the district of Birbhum, West Bengal. A long chain of worships(puja) including Durga puja , Laxmi puja, Saraswati puja etc take place there in diff times round the year. Its very near to Kusumba High School. Bankeswari Kali temple, Tarapith Mandir, and Rampurhat sub division are approximately at 3km, 6km, and 15 km away respectivle from the village Kusumba.
