No queue.quick service.clean place.While going on a long trip you can relax here as there is facility avail3for sitting and also they have mart for snacks and other beverages.Location is good.Staff is polite and friendly.They do offer tea/ Coffee.Overall if you wanna refuel your vehicle and yourself take a stop here and refresh.

This is my top up point in NH44 while travelling to Hyderabad. Fuel in Andhra and Telangana is expensive that Karnataka so better to top up fuel here. Since it’s shell no doubt fuel quality is excellent. Also can pickup snacks and refreshments for the journey.

Good place to refusal with Shell Select and restroom options. Courteous staff. Easily accessible from the Bellary main road.

Good service, very clean when compared with other petrol pumps, they should put one person dedicated for air filling,I disappointed two times,Good importance given to safety.they have small cafe & shop for softdrinks, snacks for highway travelers, travelers can get coffee and ready made bakery items.They have oil changing small service station too.Overall good experience.

Heavy traffic place.Usually you would find queue hereHowever it is right place after exit from Bangalore CityExit from petrol bunk is narrow and you will have to wait till path is clear. hence the 4 star.Just after this you would find a Bharath Petrol bunk which is more spacious than this.on highway filling petrol in spacious and clean petrol bunk is nice experience.

Giving 1star bcoz. I told him fill normal diesel 4 times. But he filled v power witch is cost extra 10 more than normal diesel. When I asked his it is normal diesel. And trying to lie it is normal diesel. When checked bill its v shell diesel. Witch cost 500 more than regular diesel.

Cheated .My car tank capacity is 35, when I asked him to fill tank full... am sure already has 8-10 liters but he filled 33 liters. from my analysis he jumped 3-5 liters. beware with such incidents.

They are not offering normal fuel, they are providing only V power shell! I have experienced this couple of times in recent days (I have been there successive Sundays) I dnt knw how about in weekdays!! so I thought to share my experience..! When I asked the reason for unavailable of normal petrol, I didnt get any response from the staff, he was like, he couldnt hear what I asked! This place is an ideal stopover for Petrol/Diesel + oil change + coolant fill-up as well as a shop-over for Snacks + juices + soft drinks and hot coffee! There is a whole wall of car-care products sold here. Truly a boon on the highway. There must be more such pitt-stops along the highways!

Its a long drive away from the city. Lovely place to sit and relax. I specially recommend it to couples. No city noise pollution. Great taste in food. Lots of options and its veg. No alcohol served. But all in all beautiful outdoor sitting. Had fun.

Today I filled normal petrol and it was around 13.5 liters and the rate was 89, I was charged 1425 , I didnt checked the bill but it was fraud. I saw on the machine it was around 1300 inr only. I also did a mistake of not checking at the time of payment but I learned from it. Bad experience

As its mentioned its 24 Hrs opened. But in middle i was low on my fuel and stopped for refueling and its closed .. As mentioned by the supervisor at Shell pump is daily closed for an hour ... Why is this happening on Such a reputed petrol pump.... I had to wait for and hour

I faced the same issue today, the person did not even checked with me for filling v power petrol, it cost 110 rupees per litre. He was in very hurry to fill the fuel, before even asking.This is a very bad experience for Shell company

Terrible experience, in fact, it was just downright disgusting. Cant believe lying, cheating, and fraud is now common at shell pumps. I was cheated by the pump operator when I requested for normal fuel there. They lied to me saying only premium was available..Soon after filling premium they started filling normal to others who came just after me. What the hell? Daylight robbery and cheating at its best. The so-called premium customer experience we come to expect from Shell has gone to the dogs. Theyre quality and service is no different from other pumps and they need to be stripped off their fake premium tag. Just stay away from Shell.

Cons: Toilets were not maintained properly. Couldnt use as a result.Pros: Otherwise, overall infrastructure is great, customer service was also prompt and good.Parking lot was also available.

Cleanest bathrooms we have found and is like a convenience store. It has chilled drinks and some snacks. A must visit to and from Nandi Hills.

This is not a 24/7 petrolBunk better update that instead of showing 24/7. This is last shell bunk when we exit from city but its closed in night we reached there around 23:45

Nice people, good fuel. You can get almost all of your travel food needs in the shop inside fuel station. Lots of restaurants around. Last best fuel station on way to Nandi Hills from Bangalore.

Bad experience. In the mornings of weekends would only stock VPower which is expensive by Rs.9 -10 /litre. You would not know unless you get to the attendant after wasting 15-20 minutes in the queue. If you are heading out, better to fuel up in city specifically on weekends. Good brand fuel made worse by exploiting the customer.

Nice bunk with premium quality lead free fuel and many facilities like washrooms (cleanest), vehicle oil changing service, nitrogen filling and you have SHELL SELECT where you can buy snacks, drinks etc by using cash/card/online transactions(for fuel filling also). They will give bill of the fuel filled if you ask...

Too slow. Staff is more interested in chit chatting with each other and wasting time rather than doing their job. Always queue for filling.

Normal petrol will never be available here. They cheat customers saying only premium petrol is available. Dont know when will management take action against this petrol station.

Arrogant workers..behave very weird. you cant expect respect for these guys filling the fuel there..no body cares when u go there..they will be roaming around after keeping barricade before ur car.iam waas a regular to this pump and no more to this pump and to shell...SHELL = StupidsHELL.

Very dissatisfied. Used to be a regular for sometime but now they have gone bad. Too much waiting time and once had to wait for 15 minutes overall and had to use special diesel which costs 7 rupees more per litre than normal one. They have started forcing people to do this.Please avoid going here.

On Thursday 17.10.19 n Friday 18.10.19 I hv filled my eeco car...these people hv not replaced the petrol tank lid.... today 22.10.19 I hv come fill the petrol at shell on old madras road now these employees alerted me abt this... its a worst customer service....
