We have ordered paneer puff and samosa both are good.

They sent spoiled cake. Worst exp with Monginis. Better to stop buying especially for kids. Even last time we had samosa and puff next day stomach pain and motions. Beware everyone with that old stock food.

I had a very good experience in this Monginis bakery outlet. The cakes are in very high quality. I had a very good taste in these Monginis cakes. There is quality for our money.

Dont know about the taste but price is very high.I wanted 5kg two step cake for my sons birthday .Person in the shop said 1 kg will cost me 1100 and little customization additional.I checked with other bakerys ,same cake they quoted 550 to 600 for 1 kg. one or two hundred more is ok if they are confident of their quality but double prices than outside is some thing they need to check and change.

22Apr21 I Visited Monginis Shop Which Is Located In Kurnool Near to Birla Gate Road.the Service Was Very Bad.I Took Vennila Flavored Cake.Its Totally Spoiled.May be they Are Aware of Expired Why because Its Was Arrived From Hyderabad.I Went Back to shop to Raise A Complain.The Shop Manager Mr. SHASHIKANTH.Hes Agreed for the Mistake. hes Clearly Saying that Hes Receiving Spoiled Cakes From Hyderabad Branch.Really I dont Understand why this People Selling Spoiled Cakes With High Rate.They dont Know How We feel In front of Everyone In Party.Please Dont Play our Emotion and Feelings.I Requesting U Guys Please Improve Ur Service Level.If your not bother About Our Message.The Next Step We Will Going To Write A Complain To FSSAI Against your Service.I requesting for Each and all.Please Not To Buy Anything In this Shop.

I ordered cake for birthday of my niece....which is not fresh....when I call back to the staff to report this....they are so arrogative....no at all listening to the customer complaints....instead they are raising their voice....saying that they are not at default....more over commenting....you shouldnt have ordered at all....
