Very bad attitude by one of the staff ... Information given wrong ... Waited for 2 hours to receive my parcel ... I wont recommed it ... One staff person told to come at 2 o clock to receive parcel ... Went at 2 o clock but received my parcel at 3:30 I already once checked this plac at 1 o clock ... Worst courier service ... They will also take 20rs extra for hamali .. ofcourse we can give to hamalis becoz they are hard workers. They took half n hour to give bill receipt I their software wont work very fast ... Its hanging ....

Always switched off their mobiles. Dont intimate the customers once the material reached to the destination. Dont lift their landline also.
