Its a worst place to buy a car...I do not know other hyundai showrooms but this is horrible interms of hospitality, not providing right information, troubles at every level of proceeding, there is no proper training for executives, there just dont care of their behaviour, I had very bad experience throughout the process ...finally I took my car and came out from this pit still struggling to get some things from them......IRRESPONSIBLE EXECUTIVES I HAD HERE ( An.... Su....)I CAN SAY ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE PURELY OUT OF COMPULSION...THEY STAND BESIDE ASK US TO GIVE 5 RATING, OUT OF COMPULSION PEOPLE MUST GAVE GIVEN THESE RATINGS.TO MY BEST KNOWLEDGE I SUGGEST NOT TO PREFER THIS SHOWROOM.

Hyundai show room & service center located side by side on national highway ...ambience is pretty is good with wide parkimg area for servicing of cars.. service is good and prompt .. SHANKAR , Narasimha reddy , Irfan baig are the best persons over all there and solve majority of queries & helpful.. insurance team is also good and quick at response..only problem is spare parts availability which takes a quite longer duration

They are failed to explain around 2k bill difference which is occurred when I give for repair of accident vehicle. Their billing system looks big fraud to me. Till now I havent got any update on that amount. Mechanics are good. But we have to point out exact problem of vehicle after service. They will be able to fix it. (Ex: Wheel alignment ).
