This is the worst courier service (Kurnool) I have ever seen.i want to give zero rating for this but there is no option ilke that..very irresponsible courier men.

Never use bluedart in kurnool. The one who runs the office here in pathetic. Ive ordered two items from Paytm and they are supposed to be delivered by Bluedart. On the day of delivery date, I received a notification from Paytm saying that I was unavailable and bluedart will try to deliver the next day. Even though I didnt receive any call from the delivery guy I gave them the benefit of doubt. Next day, the same thing happened again. I tried to call the manager but no matter how many times I called, he didnt lift my call. So I went directly to the Bluedart office and enquired about the situation. The response from the staff and manager was so arrogant. Its like they dont even care about their customers. What a letdown by Bluecart. This is a serious dent on your reputation and Im never gonna use their service again in my life. NEVER.

I got a message from paytm that my debit card will be delivered by a bluedart executive on 31st dec of 2019-on that day no delivery guy visited my home or didnt even called me -(with my anxity i visited bluedart delivery station kurool near gandhinagar, and verified about my order-their response is ridicules,they were saying that-we didnt received ur order(even i showed them my message,their response is nil.where as today i got a message from bluedart agencies that my order is undelivered because of fault address.(what the hell is happening,this is so embarrassing).very careless...shame on bluedart.

It’s been 3-4 times m getting courier through blue dart last 4 instances they have called me & they are asking me to collect from centre. I don’t know if this is the way why the hell they are charging so much high value for courier charges! And now is the main thing is when ever u want to collect u should not collect u should collect when they have mood or when they are in mood to work other times they won’t give! Asked abt the non receipt and show n the status of the package (DELIVERED). The incharge reluctant to answer, pretends to search and asks me to come back again.Surprised to know that the incharge is KISNA BABU. What does this mean🦉
