Hi,Here its a good atmosphere and sufficient water direct from OHT to sintex tank and also free purified drinking water available at 6-9 morn-Eve.*There childrens playing park is also available.*In this community all roads lay with BT and along the roads Street lights also posted.*Walkable distance from Highway.*The temple is also available there..*The only thing is that the approach is not good. It was damaged in many places.

It is 7 km away from kurnool.beside national high way at panchalingala.pleasent weather.all facilities avaliable

Supervisors were worst.. negligence in executing the work.. when house owners( customers of skanda) asks to supervisors they r telling irresponsible reasons.. Some of the management team were responding and resolving the issues..

Distance from Kurnool RTC bus stand ( via char Rasta of Hyd) to Gardenia is 9 km. It is Panchalingala village , kurnool (Md). Distance from AP RTO check Post ( Indian oil Petrol Pump)is 1 km. It is developing residential venture. From Kurnool side we have to take turn at Panchalingala village cross road and go on side road. Near place is Telangana border Toll plaza. From Hyderabad side you can step down at AP RTO check Post. Transportation facility for 1 km is you made. Auto transportation is very less( May2019)
