Worst service and he dont know how to behave with the customers.I have never ever seen this kind of behaviour from the service person.I had to change the hardware of my broken laptop and the agent said the product will be received in 2-3 days. I went after 4 days to get it fixed to my laptop. He ordered me to wait outside but I was feeling it fishy and then I told I will be waiting inside and told him please get it fixed in polite way. He took next min to send me out and then I said again that no problem I will wait here itself....and he is saying it may disturb if any customer comes in I really did not get am I not a customer to him?...and immediately he dropped the laptop accidentally and he did not say even sorry for the drop...and he felt we may ask him...he afraid and refunded the amount and blaming us to stay inside the shop.Trust is the biggest issue in this case with the sneha tech fellow.
