As other reviews are already specified negetive reviews about this shop I just want to add one more thing, they are not only cheaters they are thiefs. I have given my desk top for repair with an graphic card, when I receive my desktop there were no graphic card inside my desktop, cheap quality products and also cheap service, especially the owner of the shop is with rude behaviour. I really dont understand who people has written positive reviews about this shop, I think those positive reviews are belongs to their family members. Other wise with this kind of owner behaviour who will give positive reviews, these positive reviews might be from his family members are paid reviews.

Worst Management, I didnt Seen any where this type of Owners Behavior. He dont know how to talk with Customers, how to respect Customers. When we ask anything means, they response lately and rude Behavior. Many Times I Visited, they didnt Changed Their Behavior, as usual Same. Total fraud business by the owner. The fact is that, the owner is saying his products price will change day to day. Is he selling gold in his shop to change price everyday. As per the quoted price only, he have to sell, but couldnt here. A very very very Arrogant fellow the owner is. My own experience, he never ever give respect to a customer. We have taken cc cameras. They wont even listen to you if any problem occurs or service is required after installation. We have contacted them on phone for multiple times and also met them personally and informed about the service and extra cameras needed, but they didnt responded. Worst service ever.

Most arrogant fellow i have seen in this shop. They doesnt know how to respond and talk to customers. We gave our laptop as there was a display issue. Day 1: Laptop gave for service at 11AM. They promised to update us the status by 3PM. They never called and when we followed up they said no electricity at store and status will be provided tomorrow. Day 2: No update till 3PM. We called and service person said 1400 INR would be the repair cost and to confirm. We confirmed on the call. Day 3: No update till 3PM. We called and service person said cant be repaired. Day 4: We reached store, took the laptop and went to other service center. There we found it to be beeping (7 times) with a time gap. Processor has failed after service. This beeping or processor issue was not present earlier. When we questioned they started arguing and fighting. They are not providing service receipt as well.. OWNERs are short tempered and fraud. They claim they are No.1 in service but they dont have technical expertise or manners. THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS.

Its even more expensive.I went to buy an item today.I did not like the way the owner talked to the customer and went to another shop where I was able to get a 10 percent discount.
