Without any call they simply Mark as wrong adress and when I call to them to the number which I get message, it tells to check the number. Please improve your service

As far as I can track the order, my shipment arrived to KURNOOL DC within 2 days from the order. All that is remaining is these Ecom guys have to deliver it to my house.But they dont. I really wonder what it takes them to delay my order with an official message. Not 1 or 2 days, but whopping 11 days of purposeful delay. Contact number provided doesnt even exists.Such a worst courier service.

Today I got a out for delivery msg in morning but after 30mins i got another message that your product is delivered.I tried to connect the mobile number of delivery executive but it is not connecting and i called local ecom express mobile number its not in use and i called customer care they said that it will take 48hrs to complete my request.But i didnt got any product wish i could give 2 slaps to the delivery executive.

Showing out for delivery since 24hrs .. still havent received any call from them... Any idea of exact location of ecom service in kurnool guys
