It became like one of the best developed areas in kurnool city with best location adgecent to kurnool to Kadapa and chittoor road.

Maruthi mega city is located in between nandyal check post & pulla Reddy engineering college intended for development of independent houses in a peaceful manner ...almost all houses are constructed with spacious roads in between still needs improvement in more interior which are still some metal roads... street lights facility also needs improvement in interior .. over all decent place to live on .. recently transport connectivity is improved and there is a mini market on the main road for getting vegetables ..

Newly developed residential colony but not fully developed with all the required basic amenities including availability of local transport to qualify to be a more peaceful decent and ideal residential colony. As it is located at the outer reaches of kurnool, getting a local transport is certainly a pose a problem. But as of now, it appears good.
