My bike is facing a technical problem in the engine they said that they will resolve the solution. It has been a month n still they didn’t even know the exact prblm my bike is facing with n how much does it costs approx to me !😩

For general service they required 1complete day 🙄🙄 according to my calculation what I observed by watching complete day after giving my vehicle it will not take more than 3 hrs to do general service.When at The time of buying the new vehicle staff is responding very good but when it comes to the servicing time no were responding properlyThe most important thing is They wont listen your words and complaints simply they will do their own .If you want any additional accessories,spares replacement they will ask extra more days 🙄 any way labour charges they take individually as per the chart added as image in belowIf vehicles are coming more to get serviced then technicians strength should increased with 2 mechanic technicians and 2 ramps is it possible?One interested thing is they will not give spares for outside to buy If we asked they will tell no stock alwaysKTM If you dont have spares stock why you released bikes ???

Too much delay in service. Unprofessional staff, No resolutions for bike problems. Worst experience with KTM. Simple bike part replace takes the entire day.

Worst service centre i ever seen in my lyf....staff was very rude.Always they will have there own reasons for not to work.This review is not based on my 1st visit,after visiting thrice I am reviewing this.service centre is in the city outskirts and the google phn number vil never work.if u reach there in your busy schedule,they vil simply say we r not servicing today...if u ask when u vil servicing again their answer is we dont know may be 4 or 5 days they are also not sure.My self as a doctor in govt hospital during this pandemic going for service in this busy schedule.they are simply telling come later and they also dont know the exact date.i dont know y in google its showing centre is open,i think to waste public time...its better to close service centre in kurnool...so that KTM wont loose there reputation..if they still continue the same means i vil advice my co friends,pgs,doctor not buy KTM at all....

Visited KTM Kurnool today. The guy Kumar was so good at work. He is polite and his attitude towards work is exceptional. Keep up the good work Kumar.
