Too much rush, only one ticket counter, no proper order calling, dirty tables,ate chicken krisper, given small size raw buns. Worst food ever. Waste of money.

Kfc kurnool located in TGV anantha mall in ground floor opposite to pantaloons .. over all maintenance is not good and many of items especially chicken wings and burgers are not on par with regular kfc taste.. even the popcorn chicken and rice bowl at its poor quality , vegererian varieties are not at all there as per menu.. inspite of all this still its crowded.. takeaway and online order is available..

Very poor customer service. Delayed response, taking order is of only a minute but you have to wait 5min to give order even there is less crowd. Delay in delivering your order to the table, you have to keep on remind the person that whether my order is ready or not.Food is average, even if you say make it spicy or give any other suggestions they will make it in their own way.Waste of time and money.

Great taste as always. But everytime we go any one of the item will be out of stock. That too early evening only. Also please keep UPI payment for ease of payment.

The staff doesnt responding quickly we need to ask the same thing for n times.. i didnt like the food also for the small freaking rice bowl theyve charged some 120 rupees.. instead we get some good food outside i dont know about the non veg my review is constrained to only veg

And when ever I have ordered they are cheating with number of pieces....after every time I have to count infront of them...so careful while taking the order plate and count before leaving the counter ....now they reduced the pieces as well its a cheating strategy....even they argue a lot.....

I love KFC and wouldve given 5 stars. But the thing is theyre accepting customers through the back door at this location even when the mall is open. A pandemic doesnt give you an excuse to keep your customers waiting in hot sun because theyre still paying. Dominos across the street is also open but atleast they had the decency of letting customers in while maintaining social distancing. You need to review your practices KFC!!!
