Good decent place for a family stay, clean and hygienic surroundings.Special mention about excellent tasty delicious food. Variety was limited but the available items in menu where really well prepared with sufficient quantity to satisfy a hungry tummy.Ample parking space, close by to all essentials, located at Central town of Kurnool.Friendly and helpful staff.

Very well maintained rooms but the property seems to be under renovation hence not so clean surroundings. Food was good, good staff. Worth the money.

I checked in for 2 days actually, Rooms were cleanly sanitized and provided with all stuff. coming to the restaurant part. Fully buffet system neatly and hygiene maintained. Last but not least coming to the housekeeping his name was Narasimhulu, respectively serviced me without making any trouble to me.Everything was excellent.🥰

While the breakfast was amazing , house keeping was lowsy. Despite of informing the receptionist and hotel manager in the morning to arrange the cleaning , no action was taken and the room was in same state as left in the morning. it seems the staff are careless and not driven by SOPs and process. Sorry state of affairs and cant be tolerated especially after a busy day when I returned to hotel in the evening to relax. had to go to receptionist again and complain. absolutely mediocre service. I can give a net promoter score of ZERO .

It was an amazing experience and good gestures from the staff in reception, laundry, room service. Being near to railway station and bus stop it makes good sense for anyone to stay. Especially food service they do was fantastic and that too the man in work and passion Mr. Rajinikanth sir made me to remember his service all the way.Finally its a memorable thing🥰

The hotel is at a prime location and its fine. That does not mean the hotel can stop thinking on the line of hospitality. Untrained staff, Reluctance to work at work, pathetic service, understanding a message is so so difficult for them. English, Hindi and oh Yes Telugu too does not go through their thick skin. The price that you pay and the service that you get is equivalent to a lodge beside railway stations. No pressure in the overhead shower. I was just wondering when the night will pass and i will be out of this pathetic place.Room service guy was good, with all this frustration when i ordered for food he got me bread omelette and I really appreciate that. I would have preferred to mention his name here but I do not know if the hotel guys will also force him to be like them. Everything in this hotel i did not like, attitude of employees towards customer.

This place is no good then a cheap lodge, then why pay more. No sense of hospitality. In Room Dining person was the only sensible guy who understood that I was hungry and I was fed by him. I cannot forget him for what he did. Rest staff starting from the reception to the house keeping, they have to be told what to do. Don’t we already have a lot of work.

Hotel at a convenient location, ambience is nice. A nice and cozy place for family to stay, we stayed in 3rd floor with a nice city view. COVID protocols are followed religiously. Food tastes great and that too at affordable prices. The service by Mr. Rajinikanth is simply awesome; he took really good care of us and is a real gentleman. Definitely will visit again if coming to Kurnool.

I had checked in mourya lords inn , kurnool for 2 days. Rooms are clean,sanitized and well maintained. Restaurant is nice and food is delicious. All the staff followed Covid hygiene, Social distance and are respectful. Reception, room service everything is fine. Mr Rajnikanth service is excellent and I am very happy with his service.

Had been to kurnool for official Visit.One of the worst services ever.. they take 45 mins to serve water to your room.Food is also pathetic. They even charged for complimentary breakfast.. mix veg ordered was tasting bad, tasted like morning made veggies are kept and served..its shelf life was out.when complained the guy about this that guy replied this is regular item,they sell 150-200 of this parcel daily.he was not ready to accept it. Guyu u can stay here but cant expect anything else.its beem 2 days but they are not even bothered to give towels ans napkins.instead of asking them number of times for this,but none of them turned up. Rooms are good and well maintained.but the thing matters most is the service..

I strongly dont suggest this hotel Bcz hotel room is very normal and stinky moreover to reach room we need walk for long distance bcz as I was a cancer patient I couldnt travel for long distance I stayed in this hotel,especially when patient is travelling we pay huge amount and take good hotel to avoid risk. Food- first time when chicken biryani was ordered it was tasty as it was not sufficient it is ordered again second time it was stale, we spoke to the reception they accepted that it is not good and they hv send 2 bananas and 1 apple as food is not good.Next day morning breakfast which is served was not hot and when masala dose is ordered there is very little potato curry was there may be one spoon, after asking they bought separately. Hospitality of the staff is also not satisfactory.

I would say that in Kurnool, it has always been one of the best hotels since my childhood. All the amenities, restaurants, and ambiance are so worth the price. Both Aahar and the garden restaurant are really good at what they make. Recently, I have asked Mr. Kamalakar, to arrange a wedding anniversary dinner for my parents. I should say he has done nothing less than a perfect job in decorating a place in the garden restaurant. It looked very romantic and it takes a special place in our memories of the day. Even though I am not in the place, the kind of care they took in making the day special for my parents was very touching.

HiWe didnt stay here. Yesterday On the way from Bangalore to Hyderabad, we came here to have breakfast. Previously we have visited here many times. As usual, breakfast was too good. Hot vadas were excellent. Had special rava dosa. One should try this. Sambar and chutney were also very tasty. So again Tomorrow from Hyderabad to Bangalore, planning to have lunch here. Staff are also very courteous and help us to have good food.

Nonsense behavior by the front end staff. We pay lot of money to the hotel room, but facility are worst. If any spoon missing from the room, they call the customer and ask them to pay for the missing spoon charges.The hotel boss is very stingy, I guess.
