The place gained popularity in the recent times because of the Kunda Biryani. They dont have any branches elsewhere. The generic biryani and Kunda biryani differ from each other in terms of the preparation and taste. One should try to know the taste of the dishes here. I personally liked the taste of pot biryani. There are very few good places in Kurnool for food and this definitely stands out from the crowd. You can also order online but get ready to pay premium for Zomato or Swiggy.

I visited this place while traveling from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Place has limited seating and long waiting. It was a busy restaurant. If you can go through all the hassle it does serve a tasty pot biryani which is their signature dish. I tried both Mutton and Chicken biryani both tasted good but my suggestion will be Mutton Pot Biryani.

Just hype. No taste and expensive (based on ambiance). I recommend not to waste your time and money.

Local favourite Chicken & Mutton Pot Biryani. Quite unique in taste with earthly flavour. Mutton pieces were very very soft, tender, juicy. Chicken should have been more cooked & without offals.Tried local chilly chicken, came with cashew pieces & was balanced flavour taste of chilly- curry leaves.Chicken were rubbery though.Not For people too conscious of absolute cleanliness & tidiness. Only for people love to explore local delicacy.

Expected too much but chicken biryani is average nearly 300grams of chicken will come in pot biryani but serving and ambience is good. Jst go with mutton biryani

But has been successful for fourth time, So I have called the outlet and it has been answered by its owner Mr.Prathap Reddy, pre-ordered Mutton Kunda Biryani, he responded well to my request and has been kind when we reached there.Now coming to the dish..its been worth every penny you spend on this and its been the tastiest Mutton Biryani i have ever tasted. Chicken biryani was good... Mutton biryani was half cooked. Jonna Rotte were kadak but were not just jonna rotte. Rayalaseema dry chicken was good and mutton kheema was a complete let down.

It should be tasted with the combination of Gongura chutny and sharwa.They prepare the biryani in the POT it self on the flame of charcoal. Bought a Chicken Kunda (Pot) Biryani and a Mutton Kunda (Pot) Biryani after hearing a lot of reviews about this place. Rs. 370 for a pot of chicken biryani and Rs. 530 for a pot of mutton biryani. Honestly, the prices are on the higher side for a small town called Kurnool and even for a city like Hyderabad where I reside. I convinced myself the biryani would be rich in spices and Ghee and what not. But the biryani contains masalas and spices which are very basic in taste and they dont even add ghee and still have the audacity to charge such exorbitant prices for biryani. The taste was very basic and not as good as some Youtubers claim to be. One thing Ive learnt is that online reviews cannot be trusted every single time.

Amazing biriyani! Though its not cooked throughout in pot, the DUM is done in a pot(you can view the same at the entrance). But the overall biriyani was very flavoursome and tasty too and most importantly the chicken pieces were cooked perfectly(not over cooked and hard)! Their complimentary curries are also very tasty, though too spicy that I couldnt take it(probably because I am not from Andhra). We did not dine-in so cannot comment about hygenie. But if you avail parcel service, they give you the whole pot :) without even opening it! So no question of hygenie there! So was a good experience, though I felt it was slightly expensive(biriyani is meant for 2) considering its not a big city like hyd or blore! But definitely worth the tasty and experience!

Ordered Roast biryani and waited for 30mins , and waiter came and said that it would take 30more mins & he asked me to take pot biryani . if you cant deliver the item in 30mins atleast then y the hell u made us to wait for 30mins and asked us to take another item. Recently, I have visited SREE Divya family restaurant, with my friends, and we have ordered a pot mutton biryani.After tasting it.I have no words to explain, how the biryani is.The first thing is it is not pot biryani..Second thing just like a ordinary Biryani.Money, these people are charging for that biryani is too high.Totally ruinous experience.

After seeing this hotel in a youtube video I made a point to visit the this hotel while I visit or cross kurnool. And today I visit this hotel and had mutton pot biryani on my long way from tn to hyd. But the quality of the biryani is not as expected. 🙄 They are cooking separately and only heating in the pot. But mutton was tender. The masala was not well mixed with the rice. It was almost a chilli masala rather than biryani masala. Very spicy.

Never ever purchase a biryani here. These seems like fake reviews. In pot biryani there were only 4 pieces which were like crushed mix of 75% bone and 25% meat. The masala is terribly high. And the worst part is rice which is mixed with broken rice (40%). If you dont believe me go and purchase one if you are happy to loose 350 rupees and get scolded by members of your family.M telling you again never ever puchase here.
