Placing order was very easy and quite comfortable. Order also arrived on time. Product was totally fresh and good. Dont hesitate and go for it.

Worst one. When I ordered freedom oil, they accepted the order and the order number was generated. After that they automatically changed the price and cancelled my order.This is the second time my order was cancelled. When I call them to know the status of my order, they say your order is cancelled because the product is out of stock. I dont know why they accept the order and generate the order id if the product is out of stock.

I am using Salt and pepper Retail service from past 2 years. Every time they do deliver within the timeline with quality products.Even in this pandemic situation they are doing the great job.The advantage I see in using this service is offering free delivery irrespective of the order amount.Also offering digital mode of payment is another advantage for the consumer due to which there wont be any money change issue. Your service is highly appreciated.

The response was good. Package recieved in good condition.I think price is bit on higher side for delivery to Bangalore. Price of product is good but courier charges are more compared to cost of product.Need to look into courier charges. Rs 100 per kg is quite a lot of Money.
