I purchased a three door whirlpool fridge on 1st July 2021. It is said to be frost free. I observed that in the freezer compartment ice is being deposited. I complained to the whirlpool service people. They visited my place twice yet the problem persists. In this regard, I request you to check the product thoroughly before selling it. I am of the opinion that you have failed on delivering good product to the customer. If at all I approach consumer court for the redresssl, you will also be a party to that. He is really helpful and communicates customers to choose the Right product and delivers the best. we have been looking for a Fridge in Samsung and every where in kurnool no one were ready to deliver the sealed piece. He was the one interacted with their RMs and helped us to deliver box piece instead of Display piece and too prompt.
