Service is not good at all, All executive are irresponsible for service. Staffs knows only to sale machine but not service.even sales manager and director are not solving our equipment problem .I request not to purchase ATS Elgi equipments at all.

Fristly these service department is not good service provider...these staffs knows only to sale equipments, but not service,trying to call executives to solve our nitrogen machine but not responding at all, i request all customers not to purchase any of industrial equipments from ATS ELGI

The company is big but bigger the company worst the management due to internal flicks. We have a car wash from them at Jamnagar and I have returned they machine back and taken by refund filing an case at consumer court. They will never come for a service on time and if anyone comes they dont know anything about it. Never buy any products from them. Price is also damn high. Worst company in History.
