Its fraud and cheater . not deliver material in time that he promised 4-5 weeks and paid 70% advance and remaining at delivery time but he is mentally not stable and change every time of delivery material is not coming like and he did not handle situation refund after 4 months used our money for his personal use and profit . So I will suggest that not give any advance payment .
