Good treatment, but staff who are there in reception, they dont know how to handle the patients.. we have to wait 2-3 hours for 5min work..they dont even bother about the patient. If an emergency also theyll not let us to meet Consultant..kindly do the needful or change the staff

Doctor is good but the reception staff having lot of negligency towards patients. They are not providing particular instructions if we ask them. Theyre having fun by sitting in the reception counter. Very bad behaviour from reception counter.

From today onwards I lost the trust from new medical Center especially doctor ranjan Shetty.. Because today one incident took place with me actually I was having sevior pain in all the joints of my body the same problem happened with me last year as well at that time ranjan Shetty told me that it is because of uric acid level increase in my body but today I visited with a same kind of pain but today he told me that it is because of fever, actually I was not having any fever I also informed doctor that I dont have fever but he didnt agreed and he forcefully prescribed me fever related tablets I was having dout on this so that I came back to my home and visited the nearest doctor to check weather I am having fever or not he checked everything even he checked my body temperature which was36.° which is quite normal I asked him weather the pain is due to fever he was shocked he told in fever this kind of pain will not occureSo if anything wrong happens with the patient who will be responsible for this? These people are charging the consultations fees but not ready to listen the patients problem they will do the treatment by hearing just problem not the clear problem

Good & availability of doctors is in less delay. Treatments are by improved technology and sitting facility medical facilities are also available. The service cost comparatively costlier. You have to pay 200 rs. even if u met a particular doctor. Doctors are Highly proficient in their respective divisions.

(This is my personal experience)Worst hospital ever seen..!! Dr Ranjan shetty doesn’t treat wel patients, as wel he doesn’t even know how to talk to the patients family.....!! I suggest people please don’t go to this hospital..!! The bad experience which I got in my whole life is this I have visited so many hospitals but this one is waste..!! I have many doctor friends and visit them but this Ranjan shetty is arrogant he owns the hospital that’s the reason he behave like this he doesn’t even know how to behave...!! People cal doctor as god but this Ranjan Shetty is not even suitable for it..!! I suggest people don’t go to this hospital choose wisely..!! They just earn money that’s it facilities are also waste never satisfied with it...!!
