Really loved their service. Ordered a 2kg black forest cake over the phone after geting details from the website. They processed the order professionally and made the delivery at the mentioned time. The cake was gift wrapped and it tasted really great.Also, they requested the payment only after delivery of the cake; did not ask for advance.

Food Quality was good but customer service was poor

I had ordered a half kg Vancho cake in the morning and I had to wait for half an hour for the cake to be delivered. I could bare that. The fact that Im not satisfied was that the cake was too dry. I was really not pleased with the experience. Maybe it was a single incident or not, please try to improve the quality of your cakes.

Good items at reasonable price and tasty. Enjoyed there Ladoo, cutlet, cakes halwa, burger loved it. Inhouse tea was good. Bread is also good. By mistake entrered just bake a Bangalore groups bakery and litterally hated there puffs later had puffs from bake world it was good.
