I really had a great experience by giving phone order. I was on Mumbai and ordered cake with pizza ice-cream etc., a birthday surprise for my fiance in Kumbakonam. They responded nicely and executed really great at perfect timing. Didnt get a chance to taste myself but the feedback was really good. Not sure whether its possible right now these days in a tier 2 town like kumbakonam

Oh yes those foods, the place etc... Was not bad... The service could be better.. there is a saying that customer is your king.. but I was not even treated like an advisor to the king. Dont think that each one of ur customers are of the same.. the food should be much more better but however I cant compare with big shots dealing in the same business.. but atleast some sort of good experience I shouldve been attracted with.. if one thing fails in one side, it shouldve been equalised with the other. The ladies who served us thought that we were just sitting for time pass.. that attitude should be changed. They havent switched on the ac since we were the only customers at the time.. but u r not gonna reduce ur amount for that u know..At last, the only good thing was the male (expect him to be the proprietor) pleased us with smile and good customery behaviour..I have had a 4 times visit in total and am not visiting the place since then..Try to change in this..
