Happy stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Moneys worth.

Hot water is not 24/7. And they charge more for early check in, even if we check out early or within 5 hrs they charge us more than their 1 day value. And if you dont know the language and places around then they will charge heavily for transportation in the name of packages

Room was good. Service was good. The place is located behind the main bus stand walkable distance. Definitely not recommended if you want to reach by car. One has to drive through the narrow streets to reach this place and it will become cumbersome if 2 wheelers are parked in the streets. They have basement parking but due to streets to go in to reach this place, i would avoid going back here. Good for those travel by public transport.

This hotel rooms are clean and hygenic ,hotel staffs are polite and rectify an problems immediately, and also a location is good, its near by bus station is advantage of travelling persons , i am come to visit again in kumbakonam , i will be stay at this hotel only.

Loved the hospitality and the hotel. You would rarely get this kind of experience. Truly a luxury hotel with fantastic rooms, beautiful views, amazing pool and a fine staff. Every corridor, room, common spaces etc are beautifully laid out and your sense a sweet, Rosy fragrance which builds your experience up.Would definitely go there again on my next trip.

A lovely place. We simply love spending time whenever we have a reason to visit ARK. Tried out their buffet lunch on a weekday to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the buffet was simply amazing, desserts are the best I have had so far among the star hotels. The quality of ingredients used in DINNER are very superior and you can feel it in the amazing taste. Please visit ARK RESIDENCY for a beautiful experience.

Room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, bathroom clean. Generally the service was good. The only flip side was complimentary breakfast service, though the dishes were good took long time in serving - one person handling 15 customers

ARK Accommodation is a nice place to stay. Very clean room. Good service inside the hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. Room is cleaned every day. good food. Pick up and drop off can be arranged by the hotel itself by their own cab. Location near the busstand almost 1 min away. A veg restaurant is inside the hotel also.

Hotel property is located in main location just next to Kumbakonam Bus stand, but it surrounded by improper drainage system, water stagnant around the hotel. Morning complimentary breakfast was highly pathetic. Road approach to this hotel is too narrow. Only good thing is hotel room is neatly maintained.If they want to keep this asset in better condition, they need to work with local authorities and improve the environment. Next they have to recruit professional hotel staff and improve the food quality. This is not good option for family and would not recommend to any body.

Stayed for 3 nights with family,.. room size is very big to accomodate 3 adults but the maintenance of the washroom, linen is not good... Initially got a room with very dirty linen ans leaking washroom... Had to force the hotel management and Treebo to change our room.... only then got a better room.. food is great through....chef is very polite and understanding and made food to our taste...

The hotel room are spacious but not spce for car parking. The hotel is located in a Narrow street and is difficult to drive the car even near to the hotel.I was forced to park the car away for the hotel since No parking facility. If you are coming in SUV or MPV, better forget about parking and drive-through.Check the photos posted here

Situated at the backside of Kumbakonam new bus stand, easily walkable from there. Nice facilities and well maintained rooms. You get a complimentary water bottle in the room. The check out is 24 hours from the time of Check in. Only downside of it is lack of parking space and it really gets tough with a Car as the approaching street is a very narrow one and might get tough to maneuver.

The rooms are good, clean and spacious. A month back I stayed. If you had taken the room there please avoid eating food in their Restaurant. The Restaurant is just a setup for room guest alone. Where they will serve very very cheap quality food.

This Inn is located just behind the main bus stand. The rooms are very neat and clean and well furnished. Also fully air conditioned. TV is also been there. WiFi is very fast. Room service is also available and they staff are very kind and helpful. One can stay with their family and friends.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, however there is only one double bed unlike whats shown in the pictures. I would reccomend going out for meals however as the food available in their restaurant is limited and doesnt taste good. The service is also under average and when I entered the bathroom I found out that the wash basin tap wasnt working. Overall a decent hotel for a short stay but would not reccomend it

Hotel was located near to busstand. You can, t expected to have clean towels and bed spreads, where you can find these is regular treebo chain of hotels. But honestly this hotel is not not treebo chain. They dont even have teabags, proper welcome kit, dentel kit, shower kit. Usually we do find it in all treebo chain of hotels. Regarding the hotel car parking.. They spacious underground car parking but most of the time it is surrounded by drainage warers.. Room service its a worst . They have boy who will go for all the room service, mostly he is under 18 I think soo. Seriously if you plan to book room in this hotel, just for refreshing its ok but for staying. I dont known you know what to do...

We checked in on 24th Aug 2019. Right from the check in to check out, it was pathetic. The services were horrible. The food was tasteless and the sambar particularly was stale. They show twin King size beds in family rooms in pictures, it’s nothing like it. They goof up in the bills. Be very careful when you are booking Treebo Ark Inn. One word - Pathetic.

The worst service I have ever expected from treebo, never ever go with this hotel, we checked in last night and now checked out early morning as we could not resist the services. The rooms were spacious but the staff are not professional linen was dirty asked them to change it, they did a half cooked job. Morning breakfast counter plates were not cleaned properly, the previous chutney stains and idly stains could been seen, Plates were not even wiped, they do not have tissues also with them they asked us to wait so that they can get it manufactured and brought to the hotel. Finally we did not have breakfast as the people eating the food were so mannerless that they had to use the hand to take food in the middle of their breakfast. A hand with which they have already started eating and in the middle of their breakfast,imagine how others could eat it . Management were least bothered in managing people, rokms etc. Unorifessional and there are boys below 1r years also in this hotel. Kindly avoid going to this hotel.

The Trend categorys claim is comfortable (clean and hygienic probably doesnt fit into this... stinky unclean and stained bed linen, wet and dirty towels.. ) breakfast unlimited (read as runny chutney, pasty pongal ...), Tea / coffee maker ( well, forget that machine, no water glasses too).. all toiletries (if you call a handwash that)...And a couple of small boys who are probably slaved to death by doubling up as HK/cooks/errand boys et all ) .....If you have absolutely no expectations on service levels or hotel quality, then appropriate place to stay !!B

Newly renovated hotel as we had to book at last moment had to go for a room which a under development process.There were no Proper Blanckets and switching on the Aircon was a headache.Location was greatIf we had booked in advance there pretty good rooms.
