The environs of this location in Kumasi feels serene. It has a number of apartments which are generally aesthetic. There are a number of shops along the road which includes a grocery stores, barbershop, decor shop to name those which come to mind. This road does get congested from time to time, and mostly during certain mornings due to a number of commercial drivers using it in efforts to outsmart heavy vehicular traffic on the main TUC-Ahodwo roundabout road. The roads are riddled with potholes
