Very bad serviceDont know how to cook food properlyUnhygienic

It is a fabulous place to visit the room, the facilities and the nature, the hospitality by the staff i dint hear the word NO for what ever I asked for not only the adults even the children enjoyed. Special regards to the cook who cooked delicious food we had sumptuous food it was tasty and hygienic also as we went around the kitchen also. It was home away from home. Next time i will visit and exclusively stay in the resort and enjoy the ambience. Hats of the to all the staff who were very cordial and customer friendly.

Though v were there for some breakfast around 12, they were patient and kind enough to accommodate us. The service was excellent and the wait for the food was worthy... 🙂

Even though the hotel is located at the right place the condition of the hotel is very bad. The lobby smells foul. The conditions of the room is even worse. The walls, floor carpets, washroom have seem better days. If it rains, electricity is not available. Even worse is water quality in the washroom. Overall I wont recommend anyone for this hotel for the time being. This hotel needs an overall improvement and attention of the owner.

Good hotel to stay in the way to Shimla, as I am very tired that why stayed here. No electricity after 10pm . Inverter is available but I think they only operate it on request. No hot water in tiolet and no restaurant in the hotel. The view from the window is amazing in morning.

Rooms are large but bookings should be made directly. We saved 1500 inr by booking directly from their desk. They are never full so you will get rooms always. They dont have hot water in bathroom, so ask them for that. Restaurant charges nominal and food is average.

Electricity only for 5-6 hours, no hot water which required even in june, no running water in toilets 24/7, no regular housekeeping staff, NO DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE, had to buy 20ltr water for 5 days stay, filthy kitchen, genset is for show and only get ON when many customers complaints. My mother had promise from ne never to visit here again. A dharamshala might have more facilities than this.

Good place to dine at. Dont know about rooms but restaurant is super. Good Food, nice ambience.

Best hotel, I was stay here for 3 days and the expiernce was too good,view from the balcony was very nice and food was specially Dak Makhani was awesome.

If there was a negative star, I would have given that. Stopped here for lunch two days ago. The food was pathetic. And when I questioned about the quality of food the receptionist told me that yahaan aisa hi Banta hai . And the prices are sky high. Such hotels make a fool of customers and nothing else.

They are big thugs. Even they will ask money for toilet.

Well room was ok, but dinning facilities was not available when we visited the Hotel.

Dirty rooms & staff is rude and not supporting.So much loud generator placed with the wall of hotel makes so much irritated.

TOOK lunch at hotel millenium on 2nd june 2017.it is located on the way to shimla.when we enterd no one was there.ambiance is average.felt little bit expensive.tase is ok.only advatage was the hotel was not over crowded and served food fast..having parking facitlity .wash room is good.
