Beautiful garden, good for a hearty persian breakfast.

The environment of the cafe was very beautiful. But the behavior of the staff was not very professional. The serve container was broken. It is also not possible to make a reservation by phone.

It is a good place, some items are better than others, but is it very beautiful there with a nice atmosphere. It is very crowded though.

Nice place to sit outdoors even in winter. Service is quick and polite. Staff speak English. They also have English menu. I ordered Falafel sandwich which was great.

I had a good feel here, cozy place with impressive view, i ordered the quince tea with brownie cake, those was delicious but i didnt expect about it tea that had a bag tea! And menu than other same place was a bit expensive!

Nice and lovely but quite expensive café.This café is located in one of the old gardens of Niavaran, and thats the most special thing about it. Outdoor and indoor seats are both great, but to me outdoor ones were more exciting, mainly because I was there in fall, and it was kind of cold, and they provide you blankets to keep yourself warm.Menu were clever in terms of combining the nostalgic foods and some new things. But overall its a expensive café.Staff were nice.

Pretty nice atmosphere it is located outdoors and its got a neat surroundings, its a coffee shop with variety of hot beverages and snacks. Its somehow a trendy place and located uptown. Prices are medium and reasonable. Its a must try for its unique outdoorsy atmosphere. We ordered coffee and some cakes and the quality was up to good standards.

Service is average and its low paced, specially during high traffic.ambiance is location is nice, food quality is average but the taste of the rolls and FALAFEL is very good. Give it a chance

VERY VERY expensive compared with quality of service. Location is pretty nice, but overrated. I would assume its got good reviews in trip adviser because other better local places are not as well-known.I would definitely prefer all the nice and cool low key places tucked away in the alleys of central Tehran to this place.

A place to spend time for breakfast, brunch, etc.And there is an art center there.

I love its outdoor tables better than the ones inside especially in the evening in spring when it gets really cool. The soothing sound of the leaves of its old but strong trees would relax you greatly. It’s worth going there at least once. Let me also tell the youngsters who are in love this place could be a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of our metropolitan capital city, Tehran. The pollution is let in because of the green soldiers of each single tree there

Id say this place is great place to catch up with friends. Also, it has a nice area for sitting outside in a cool environment. The meal is average and the tea is good but not the coffee.

Crowded in weekends. Expect to wait for a table if you are planning to be here on Thursdays and Fridays

The service is good. The food quality is acceptable specially sandwiches. The garden has a good atmosphere. Prices are a little bit high. It bacame crowded recently so its better to go here outside of peak times. The tea is good here and staff are polite and helpfull.

Super great place!!!! The ambience is just wonderful right in the middle of a beautiful backyard sort of place! The staff is also beyond nice the two gentleman one named monitoghrol i believe was very welcoming and even served us breakfast after hours knowing that we came a long way there!!! Chaibar has a unique atmosphere and always makes me feel good when I go there. The menu is practical and homemade delicious. Its clean and quality served with a positive energy.

We had a simple breakfast here in fall and cozy is what i can remember. Not too many tables to choose among and best for its small garden.

Nice old building with a cozy garden, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice although its not a self-service buffet. Various types of tees and beverages, food also worth the price. Highly recommend it.

It is a must see for the fans of art and architecture, this café is placed in a corner of a very old house date back to Qajar dynasty and you will be impressed by the extend of Iranian art that you will find in this house. It is very cozy with a friendly ambience but it is not suitable for the physically impaired, specially that the toilets are located outside café and in a relatively far distance.It has an interior and an exterior dining area, in my view the outside chairs are small and it is better to sit inside, unless you are a smoker.The staff are quite professional with the right attitude and they help you with the food selection. I recommend you test the Cesar Salad and the apple pie. Both are quite tasty and made of fresh ingredients.Here you can pay both by card or cash.

Sitting Outdoors always makes having coffee/drinks alot more enjoyable, plus the staff give you a very warm welcome.To describe simply, its a chilled out cafe started up in the gardens of a museum which is also one of the very old beautiful rare architectures of the old Teheran left to us with its magnificent vibe.
