The site is under construction.They have very pathetic Client handling methods. You wont get any response in near future. I was interested in this, but unfortunately I find out that I had better options right outside this place.Sorry to disappoint you. But this is my personal experience.

All facilities required are available. Enough parking, good security, nearby Siva temple, all other facilities for a happy and comfortable family life are available and rent also not high

Oceanus Elite is situated on the opposite side of Oceanus Bluemount near to Thrippadhapuram Temple. Its a spacious flat but the problem is the distance from the nearest town Kazhakuttam.

Good apartment. Rented an apartment here. Nicely managed and kids friendly

Substandard construction. There is dampness in the walls, especially the outer walls of the toilets. Would not recommend.
